Doug is outstanding! He recently guided us through purchasing our home in Kerrville. We were frustrated because the houses we liked were selling very quickly. We saw a house that was “ok”. Doug thought the house was overpriced and suggested we make a low offer, which we did. He gave us his professional opinion, but always let us make the final decision. The seller countered and Doug suggested that we sit on it for a short period while we thought about it. During that time, we found another house that we fell in love with, and Doug helped us negotiate the purchase of the home that is truly perfect for us. Even though we closed just over a month ago, Doug still stays in touch to be sure we are doing ok and offering his help in any way. I have so many amazing things to say about Doug Vogel Real Estate Hero. The fact that he got our house sold after every difficult circumstance was thrown our way is amazing. On top of that, he also guided us through buying another home. The whole process was littered with crazy situations – positive COVID tests, a disaster declaration, and three contracts for buyers that fell through. Anyone can sell a house under perfect situations. But your situation might not be perfect. It’s at that time that you will regret hiring Aunt Sally to be your agent. Doug will fight for you, shoot you straight, and never, ever give up. This was a 5 month process with three contracts, but it’s done, thanks to Doug Vogel.
